Drill Crew Liability Insurance Requirements

Crews will complete a 240-ft bore. They are judged on line and grade and the time it took to complete the shot. No pullback will take place.
Official rules will be released July 30.

Cancellation Drill Crew and Substitution Policy

- Any modification, including cancellation, of your registration requires written notice that must be emailed (ashaffer@benjaminmedia.com).
- Drill Crew Member substitutions may be made without cost penalty at any time up to the date of the start of the event.
- Cancellations will be accepted if notice of cancellation is received by Benjamin Media on or before August 14, 2026. Drill Crews who cancel will be charged a $875 cancellation fee.
- No refunds will be made to drill crews who cancel after August 14, 2026.
