As a standard requirement for all HDD Rodeo Competitors, you must carry general liability insurance coverage from an insurance company in good standing with a minimum policy limit of $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 aggregate. This insurance must be in force during the dates of the event naming Benjamin Media, Inc. (3554 Brecksville Rd. Suite 200, Richfield, OH 44286) as the certificate holder. Benjamin Media, Inc. and The Georgia Agricultural Exposition Authority must be named as additional insured. Competitors must maintain Worker’s compensation insurance in full compliance with all Federal and State laws covering all employees and Independent Contractors.
